The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has increased the Monetary Policy Rate (MPR) which benchmarks interest rates from 18.75 per cent to 22.75 per cent.
The CBN made this known after the meeting of its Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) in Abuja on Tuesday, February 27, 2024.
