Borno State Government has set up a panel to investigate the alleged slitting of throat of a student at the Elkanemi College of Islamic Theology Maiduguri.
According to a statement signed by the Permanent Secretary of the State Ministry of Education, Mohammed Mustapha Abatcha, the panel is to investigate and arrive at the remote causes of the incident and suggest ways to curtail its re-occurrence in future.
