The governing All Progressives Congress, APC, has sealed the deal that produced its new National Executive Committee, NEC, under the chair of a former Nasarawa State Governor and current member of Senate, Abdullahi Adamu.
A series of stakeholders’ engagements, deft politicking, high-wire intrigues and compromises between President Muhammadu Buhari on the one hand and APC Governor and some powerful ministers on the other hand had produced a list of endorsed candidates for the various party positions.
Any candidates whose names are not in the list cannot fly and insistence on going ahead with election at the Eagle Square will leave them with defeat.
