The Ogun State Police Command has taken into custody the driver of the Lexus SUV in which Anthony Joshua was travelling when he got involved in a crash on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
The spokesperson of the command and a Deputy Superintendent of Police, DSP Oluseyi B. Babaseyi, confirmed this on Thursday.
In the terse confirmation on the WhatsApp group of the command for journalists, Babaseyi said the driver is “currently in custody in connection with the Anthony Joshua accident case.
“Investigations are ongoing.”
