The lines are gradually falling in place on pleasant places for the president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as President Muhammadu Buhari has concluded plans to confer on him the highest national honours of Grand Commander of the Federal Republic (GCFR).
This is preparatory to Tinubu’s inauguration as president on May 29.
Buhari will also honour Vice President-elect, Kashim Shettima with the second highest national honour, the Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger (GCON).
The Tinubu-Shettima presidency is becoming more writ large as the Buhari administration inches closer to its terminus.
