Minister of State for Budget and National Planning, Prince Clem Ikanade Agba, has described the late Chief Systems Administrator-ICT in the ministry, Mr Bulama Dauda Yayirus, as a brilliant and committed officer who was sharply focused on his job.
The minister stated this on Thursday (March 11, 2021) when he led his aides and some top officials of the ministry on a condolence visit to the widow of Bulama who died on February 27, 2021 from a brief illness.

He said everybody should be consoled that the late Bulama, who was a part-time pastor with the Christ Embassy Church, served God with commitment.
According to him, “I noticed his brilliance in the work he did at the Ministry of Budget and National Planning and I decided that he should work closely with me.
“I was always calling him up for responsibilities in matters relating to ICT. On two or three occasions, I called him and he told me that he was on the pulpit, preaching. That simply showed to me that he loved God and His work.
“All we can do now is to pray for the repose of his soul in the bosom of His creator.”
The minister pleaded with Bulama’s widow to be strong for the children and not to allow the incident to weigh her down or impair her health.
He pledged that the Ministry would facilitate quick payment of the late Bulama’s entitlements even as he encouraged the widow to get in touch with the Ministry for possible areas of support for the family.
The remains of Bulama, aged 53, will be interred on Friday, March 12, 2021 at Gashala, Hong Local Government Area of Adamawa State.
