Minister of State for Budget and National Planning, Prince Clem Ikanade Agba, had congratulated a former governor of Edo State, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole on his victory in the Edo North Senatorial poll on February 25.
Oshiomhole had trounced his closest rival, Senator Francis Alimikhena of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, silly in the poll.
In a letter of congratulations to Oshiomhole, dated March 2, 2023, Agba spoke about the consistent leadership by Oshiomhole over the years.
He said that over the years “our leader, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, has shown exceptional leadership and an unparalleled commitment to delivering the greater good to a greater number of people.”
He said “I congratulate you on your well-deserved victory as Senator-elect of Edo North Senatorial District and wish you greater success in your courageous pursuit of prosperity, not only for the people of our district, but also for the generality of Nigerians.”
Agba also congratulated the state chair of ghe APC, Col David Imuse (retd) on the excellent performance of the party in the February 25 polls.
