The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, returned to Lagos on Sunday from his “vacation”.
Tinubu was away in London for about four weeks.
He has yet to make a statement on the crisis in the South-West states, especially in Oyo and Ondo , over quit notices to Fulani herdsmen.
There were feelers Monday morning that he will speak on the issue and many others before the end of the week.
He is expected to meet minds privately with a few of his associates, strategists and advisers on developments back home while he was away in London.
While in London, there were reports that he had tested positive for COVID-19 and was undergoing treatment there. His spokesperson, Tunde Rahman, had put a lie to the rumour doing the round at the time.
His son, Seyi, had debunked the report, declaring perhaps rather sarcastically that his father had actually gone to receive COVID-19 vaccine.
Tinububwho was captured at the airport on Sunday did not look like someone who is recuperating from COVID-19 mither did he look like someone who is sick.
