Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom on behalf of his family, the government and the good people of Benue State, has congratulated Lt. Gen. TY Danjuma (retd) on his 84th birthday.
In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Nathaniel Ikyur, the Governor noted with pride the sterling leadership qualities of Gen. Danjuma as a soldier and statesman of very high repute.
He said he is proud that the former Chief of Army Staff has continued to make his knowledge and wealth of experience in leadership available to the younger generation to tap from.
He prayed for God’s sustained blessings upon Gen. Danjuma and wished him God’s grace, good health, wisdom and courage in the years ahead to enable him continue to serve the country.
