Nollywood mourns Actress Nkechi Nweje

Actress Nkechi Nweje has reportedly passed, throwing Nollywood into mourning.

Nkechi had died in a protracted illness which details remained fuzzy as of press time.

Regardless, reactions have trailed her death.

Veteran Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie, in her Instagram handle, on Friday, shared a candle light with a dark background with the caption: “This world is really not our home.”

“Rest in peace mummy Nkwechi Nweje TV(Nwanyi Onisha) You are indeed a bllessing to us. But God knows the best. We will miss u so much great nollywood actress. rest on legend,” Asa Ikuku wrote.

Also, Buchi Dortmund wrote: “Today, my heart is heavy with sorrow as i say goodbye to my dear sister. Words cannot capture the depth of this pain, nor can they fullyy express the love i have for her. Rest in peace Ezigbo Mrrs Nkechi Newje.”
