Nollywood Actor, Richards Oguntimehin, popularly known as Don Richard, is down with a kidney-related disease
The actor has called on Nigerians for prayer support as well as financial assistance to enable him confront the life- threatening ailment.
Don Richard opened up on his condition in an interview with his colleague, actress Biola Bayo.
In a video posted by Biola Bayo on her Instagram page, Don Richard said; “When my wife was told about my condition, she broke down in tears.”
“I told her, ‘another man is a lucky man.’ I begged her to take good care of our children, especially the twins.”
“After leaving the hospital, she sold our house and car to pay for my treatment. Now, I have nothing left.”
The actor, who has been grappling with kidney disease for a while now, is calling on kind-hearted Nigerians to come to his aid in his time of need.
Don Richard was born in the 1970s in Bariga, Lagos, and hails from Ondo State.
He spent his childhood in Bariga, which has significantly influenced his lifestyle and acting style. [With report from National Waves]
