A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, Mrs Kemi Nelson, is dead.
She was aged 66.
Reports said that Nelson, one of the female members of the Governor’s Advisory Council (GAC) in Lagos State, died on Sunday after a long battle with cancer.
The APC chieftain was a former Lagos State Commissioner for Women’s Affairs and Poverty Alleviation.
Nelson served under Bola Tinubu’s regime.
She was also the former APC Women Leader in Lagos State and South-West.
