In just 100 days, Gov Okpebholo justifies Edo people’s mandate – Peter Abulu

Director General of Edo State Liaison Office in Abuja, Barrister Peter Abulu, has congratulated the state governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, on his phenomenal performance in just 100 days in office.

In a goodwill message to the state governor, which he personally signed on behalf of Edo Liaison Office, Abulu said Governor Okpebholo had justified his mandate by delivering on an unimaginable number of projects executed.

According to him, “You have, through your practical governance policy, manifestly justified this mandate by the unimaginable number of projects executed and the unprecedented level of progress Edo State has witnessed.”

Abulu, who waxed philosophical in his message, to underscore the humble nature of Governor Okpebholo, said, “Man is a creature with the natural instinct to rule over territories. But to have a territory where you can exercise dominion and rule, you must conquer and possess the territory.

“Some men conquer by force, while some others conquer by treachery and manipulations.
However, Your Excellency, you neither conquered Edo State by force, treachery nor by manipulations.

“Rather, you secured the mandate of Edo State people by your extraordinary humility, fear of God, and an uncommon passion to bring development to the State.”

Abulu signed off: “Big Congratulations, Your Excellency, and please, rest assured of our loyalty always.”
