Let the sky and it’s household dance in unison
Let the Rivers and its dwellers sing of oneness
For the struggle of a new air isn’t of a weakling.
If we must protest
Let our struggle in khaki cause a pandemic in the chambers of agbada

If we must protest, to whom do we bare our hearts?
The robbers of hope who made our future alien?
To a system that oppresses and enlivens evil’s might?
Our declarations are lettered bold on cards

If we must protest
Let our voices echoes funmilayo to aba
Let the streets be our battlefield, our voices, our arsenal
Since our demands are not on their ballot
Let the sun today be our witness tomorrow.
