Nigeria’s minister of aviation, Hadi Sirika, has revealed that the airline that took singer, Naira Marley, from Lagos to Abuja for a concert has been suspended indefinitely.
Sirika, on Monday berated the flight company that conveyed Naira Marley to Abuja for a concert saying “the flight was approved for a different purpose.”
Sirika said this while answering questions during the daily briefing on the presidential task force on COVID-19 on Monday in Abuja. He said the company has been suspended indefinitely.
It was revealed that the flight which took the singer from Lagos to Abuja was approved for a different purpose, which was to convey a Justice from Lagos to Abuja and back.
It was also said that the flight company, Execujet, provided false information and used the approval granted for the illegal operation
