In demonstration of the continued advocacy of ro ad safety and to entrench sanity on the roads in Osun State, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) RS 11.1 Osun State Sector Command is flagging off the “2020 Ember Months Campaign”.
According to a statement made available by the State Sector Commander, Corps Commander Kudirat A. Ibrahim on Tuesday to journalists in Osogbo, the state capital, the theme of the event is ” Drive Safe, Stay Safe”.
The state governor, Mr Adegboyega Oyetola is expected to be the special guest of honour.
The royal father of the day, according to the Osun FRSC, would be the Ataoja of Osogbo land, Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Olanipekun, Larooye 11 while the Rector, Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Dr John Taiwo Adekolawole would be guest speaker of the day.
The statement enjoined all stakeholders and other in guests to attend the programme that would hold at Oke-Jetu motor garage, Osogbo by 10am.
