The Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) of Nigeria, General Lucky Irabor, on Thursday, made a historic visit to Louis Edet House, the headquarters of the Nigeria Police Force, where he paid a courtesy call on the Inspector General of Police, Usman Alkali Baba.
Force Public Relations Officer Force Headquartres, Abuja, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi in a post on social media said the essence of the visit was to enhance collaboration and synergy of efforts between the military and the police in tackling the myriads of security challenges in the country.
He said General Irabor and the IGP deliberated on germane security related matters especially projecting good synergy amongst security agencies.
