The Central Bank of Nigeria has authorized dealers of Maize and Corn in the country to discontinue the processing of form M for the importation of Maize and Corn with immediate effect
This was disclosed by the Director of trade and exchange department Dr. O. S. Nnaji
According to Nnaji, this is part of the effort by the apex bank to increase local production, stimulate a rapid economic recovery, safeguard rural livelihoods and increase jobs which were lost as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
