Breaking – Confusion as Yoruba, Hausa youths clash in Osogbo

Pandemonium broke on Saturday morning at Sabo area in Osogbo, Osun state capital, as some Hausa and Yoruba youths clashed.

The Conclave reliably gathered that the incident occurred about 8:35 am.

As of the time of filing this report, the cause of the clash and casualty figure had yet to be known.

Meanwhile, the Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, of Osun State Police Command, SP Yemisi Opalola, confirmed the incident to our Correspondent on phone.

According to her, “It is true but we are in control of the matter as our men have been deployed in large numbers to the affected area in order to restore peace.”
