At wedding, Prince Clem Agba tells son he expects twins soon

Minister of State, Budget and National Planning, Prince Clem Ikanade Agba could not hold back his joy as he disclosed that he looked forward to having twin babies from his son, Micheal Esikhogie Agba and his new wife, Oreoluwa Oluwatomisin Agba.

While he said this to newsmen at the Holy Solemnization Ceremony which held on Saturday, 21st May, 2022 at The Redeemed Christian Church of God, (The Master’s Place) Abuja, he further advised the couple to respect and love each other as it was the only way they could grow together.

In his sermon, the officiating Pastor in Charge of Province, FCT 4, Jimoh Ezekiel, quoted Chapter 18:7 of the Book of Revelation, and enjoined congregants to prepare ahead, as a greater feast awaited all which was even more profiting, “The marriage of the lamb.”

He therefore urged everyone to focus on Christ as he gave thanks and prayed that every marriage going through hurdles would be restored.

The wedding was graced by dignitaries, traditional rulers, religious leaders and government officials including the Minister of State for Power, Goddy Jeddy Agba, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, Minister of Women Affairs, Dame Pauline Tallen, Minister of Finance, Dr (Mrs) Zainab Ahmed, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, former APC Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomole, Permanent Secretary, Auditor General of the Federation, Adolphus Aghughu as well as the General Overseer, C and S church, Rev. Mother Esther Ajayi, among others.

Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, urged couples to put in effort in making their marriages work as the success of every marriage depended on the level of commitment coming from both partners.

According to him: “Marriage still works; the work you put in will determine the result you will get.”

Meanwhile, the mother of the bride, Dr (Mrs) Mosekunola Yoloye disclosed that she had been happily married for 39 years.

She affirmed that selflessness played a major role in making any marriage work.

“Right from the outset, you must determine that you want your marriage to work; if both of you are selfless, definitely the marriage will work,” she advised.
